The aim of the course is to supply students with the conceptual and analytical tools to understand the mechanisms of the real estate market and the formation of the urban built environment. On these grounds specific areas examined include location theory and the development of cities, the mechanisms of real estate market, land rent theory, real estate development, and real estate management.
