Among the subjects covered are the spatial planning of activities and infrastructure, the promotion of alternative forms of tourism, sustainable development in urban and rural areas, and the assessment of the economic and social impact of tourism. In focus of the Laboratory&#8217;s interests are also the issues of Marketing and Branding of Place as well as integrated approaches to urban regeneration. Currently is engaged in maritime spatial planning.
